Our Wild Bee Beri Honey is gathered by wild bees from Beri (Sidr) blossoms — a deep, dark amber honey with a thick, slow-pouring texture and a rich taste that farmed honeys rarely match. Its flavour is full-bodied, with caramel-like depth and subtle fruity, woody notes from the Beri blossom. Like all true Sidr honey, it crystallizes very slowly, staying smooth and pourable for a long time.
