Bajaur Foods is a Pakistani business selling pure natural honey — including Sidr honey and Acacia honey — Desi Ghee, saffron, Shilajit and other traditional foods sourced from Bajaur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
1. Ordering and Order Acceptance
You may place an order through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. Every order is subject to acceptance and product availability. We may confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch, and we reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraud. In that case, any payment already made will be refunded in full.
2. Pricing and Currency
All prices on this website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed at the time you place your order will be honored. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer — details are shared after you place your order.
- JazzCash / Easypaisa — mobile transfer to our official account.
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. Orders are processed through advance payment and are dispatched after payment is confirmed. Please provide a correct phone number so we can reach you regarding your order.
4. Shipping and Delivery Across Pakistan
We deliver to addresses across Pakistan. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery times depend on your city and the courier service, and typically range from 2 to 5 working days. Delivery may take longer in remote areas or during public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details on WhatsApp or SMS where available.
5. Product Descriptions — Natural Products Vary by Harvest
Our products are pure, unheated and unprocessed. Because honey is a natural product, its color, taste, thickness and aroma may vary from harvest to harvest depending on the season, flowers and region the bees visited. Raw honey may also naturally crystallize over time — this is a sign of purity, not a defect. Product photos on this website are for illustration; slight differences in packaging or appearance do not affect quality.
